The most wonderful time of the year?

Many many ecommerce stores spend an entire year having waited for today and last Friday. So many stores are running deals to attract new and bring back old customers on these two days, as they should. In the next month to month and a half, you will have more eyes on your store and emails than any other time of the year.

It is imperative to find ways to hold onto the customers you have gotten in this time. Using information gathered from talking with your customers can allow you to create real fans of your store, the content you create/provide, and the products you sell. This allows for greater retention of the customers you already have.
