Don’t Ruin the Trust

Just like my wife and I with the non-profit we talked about, people are very sensitive to feeling like they have been tricked. It can ruin trust quickly and can lose you customers.

When you add new features or things to your store, make sure they aren’t doing something to trick your visitors and potential customers because it could be your last chance. Communication with your customers can help you know what things are helping and making for a better experience and which are hurting.
